ODW + SURVIVORS' NETWORK
Project #346 | Vocational Skills and Safe Shelter for Trafficking Prevention in Cameroon
Our partnership with Survivors’ Network Cameroon
One Day’s Wages is partnering with Survivors’ Network Cameroon – a survivor-led organization – to improve the safety, dignity, and economic independence of vulnerable women and girls in Batouri. Over two years, the project will offer vocational training programs and build business skills for 100 participants, connect women to psychosocial support, and provide temporary shelter for displaced or unhoused women who are especially vulnerable. Trafficking awareness and prevention is integrated across project activities.
Project Goals
SURVIVORS EMPOWERED WITH JOB SKILLS
FAMILY MEMBERS SUPPORTED FINANCIALLY
DISPLACED WOMEN WITH SAFE SHELTER
Thank you for making this possible!
Our movement is grassroots. The projects we support are led by local leaders, and all the funds we raise are through ordinary donors who give a day of their wages to support those experiencing extreme poverty. Will you consider giving $25, $100 or $250 to make our partnerships possible?
